I am a kiosk and digital signage veteran with over ten years in the market. I have extensive and direct hands experience with all aspects of hardware, software, services and consulting in the self-service marketplace. I am very active in the self-service and digital signage markets and a member of the Self-Service & Kiosk Association and the Digital Signage Association. I am also an active member of the SSKA Advisory Board and currently serve as an Executive Vice President and Co-Chair the Membership Committee. Over the past twenty years I have been involved in technical sales and technical sales management (sales engineer, sales management, executive management). I was one of the original Founders of Fivepoint, L.L.C. (5point) based in Xenia and served as Vice President. Fivepoint is a turnkey kiosk provider and my primary responsibilities where to provide ongoing management and leadership for sales, marketing & business development, design, engineering, professional services and project management, as well as establish and mange all channel, industry and media partnerships. I was an active partner and manger at Fivepoint until December of 2008 when left and founded OneSource Interactive. As Founder and President of OneSource interactive one of my core my offerings is to provide my clients with strategic consulting services. Rick Ferris has spent more 20 years in the information technology field (IT) starting as a Cobol programmer in the United States Marine Corps in 1987. He holds a BS in Management from Park University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wright State University. Rick’s approach to technology is that it is a driver for your business.
